Are prices and promotions the same online as they are in stores?Net Shoppe
netshop.pe prices, promotions, and selections may differ from those in our retail store. Prices and promotions (e.g., promotion codes or free delivery) offered online may not be used in stores, and store prices and promotions (e.g., coupons or additional discounts) may not be used online unless otherwise stated.
Can I request that my order be delivered to your store?Net Shoppe
You can choose to have your order delivered to any of our stores to take advantage of free delivery. During the checkout process, simply tick free store pick up. You have 3 days to pay and pick-up your order in the store.
To pick-up your order, you will need to present our invoice that was sent to you by email, and/or a valid photo ID.
Can my billing and delivery addresses be different?Net ShoppeYes, your billing address can be different from your delivery address. During the checkout process, you will first be asked to enter your billing address. You will then be asked to enter the delivery address, which corresponds to the location to which you want your purchase delivered.

Do you deliver internationally?Net Shoppe
No. We currently offer delivery services within Ghana. Sprog Store delivers to all major towns and cities in Ghana.
How can I create/update my Wish List?Net Shoppe
It’s easy to create a Wish List, but you must have a netshop.pe account in order to create one.
Select Add to Wish List on the product page (indicate size and color, where necessary)
Continue shopping or browsing.
It’s that simple! Your Wish List will be saved to your account for quick future reference. And, you can make it easy for friends and family to know just what your children want and need for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions by Sharing your Wish List.
