Returns accepts and issues store credit for items returned within seven days of purchase. Customers may also exchange the item purchased for another item of equal value, a lesser value item (balance issued as store credit) or a higher value item (customer tops up). For either of these to happen however, the item in question must be deemed to be in a resalable condition i.e. in the same state you received it (with all tags, packaging and accessories intact).

Items returned after 7 days but before 14 days would only be accepted subject to the payment of a 25% restocking fee. 

In the event that the order delivered isn’t what you ordered or arrives without certain components, contact our Customer Relations Executives to have the correct order delivered immediately.

If the item delivered is damaged on delivery, it should be returned to immediately. Our Customer Relations Executives would keep you constantly updated until the item is replaced and delivered to you as soon as possible.

As a company policy, personal and intimate items such brasseries, briefs & underwear, are not returnable and all sales are deemed to be final.
