Delivery
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]netshop.pe currently delivers 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday) to all districts in Ghana. Delivery occurs between 9:00AM to 6:30PM, Monday – Friday, and 9:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturdays.
All netshop.pe orders are delivered in one of the following three ways:
1. Standard Delivery: This option guarantees delivery no later than the fourth day after an order is placed. Orders that qualify for Free Delivery would be treated as Standard Delivery, unless otherwise instructed.
2. Special Delivery: This is a special service that guarantees expedited delivery. Delivery charge is dependent on the destination of order. Talk to our Customer Relations Executives to arrange for this service.
3. Pick Up (Free): You can also pick up your order from any of our pick-up points – Dzorwulu, East Legon or Tema C25. This option is free of charge. It could take up to 2 working days for your order to be ready for pick up. Our Customer Relations Executives would notify you when you may pick your order up.
Please note that where it is applicable, two delivery fees may be charged if we have to make separate trips to collect payment and make the delivery.
When setting up your delivery address, please put in the two letter postcode of your district. Areas outside these two districts in the Greater Accra Region will attract a heavily discounted low delivery fee of between GHS15 – GHS20.
